THIS IS A QUICK STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE FOR THE PERFECT OMELETTE:
Step 1: Choose your veggies & cut them small or rough, depending on how you like it. Add them to a medium size mixing bowl.
Step 2: Whisk the desired amount of eggs in with the veggies.
Step 3: Add in some flavouring or additional protein (eg. chicken, beef, mince, mustard, pepper, chilli etc.)
Step 4: Whisk whole mixture together to form a hearty omelette base.
Step 5: Place 2 tsp organic butter into a small fry pan and melt over a low heat.
Step 6: Once the butter has melted, pour the omelette mixture into the fry pan.
Step 7: Don't touch it.
Step 8: Once most of the omelette is cooked through, with only the slightest bit of runny egg on top, flip your omelette carefully and cook for another 30 seconds.
Step 9: Slide the omelette off onto a plate and top with extra salt and pepper, or any other sauce you enjoy :)
