• HOT & COLD CONTRAST - These are great to stimulate blood flow all throughout the body but using the infrared sauna to open up all the blood vessels, and the contrast of the cold baths to encourage the blood vessels to contract and restrict, causing a massage effect on our entire body.

• COMPRESSION THERAPY - the Normatec gear is the perfect way to encourage toxin build-up, tired muscles, lactic acid build up and tension to work it’s way back up and out of the legs, towards the body’s centre to start the repair process. These use a flow of different pressure to encourage tension to work from the feet, up the leg and towards your heart to re-oxygenate the blood and encourage fresh blood flow to the legs, helping them feel lighter and more refreshed.

• INFRARED SAUNA - These saunas are the best way to relax, while the infrared heat waves penetrate your skin, and push toxins to the surface to be removed by the body. Different to a traditional sauna, infrared saunas don’t suffocate the skin, they penetrate and radiate back outward.
