GROUP PT CLASS TIMES: 

Our classes and training style are based around strength.

Monday through to Friday is focusing on strength training.

Below is a rundown of a typical week with Revive PT, and the primary exercise for that day. Beyond that is our accessory and secondary exercises that compliment the primary exercise/movement.

Monday: Squat

Tuesday: Bench Press

Wednesday: Pull Ups/Chin Ups/Rows

Thursday: Deadlifts, Hip Thrusts (posterior ie. glutes, hamstrings)

Friday: Overhead Press

We focus on 2 lower body days, and 3 upper body days, with Saturday each week dedicated to more of a circuit style of training, but also combining other training modalities to really push you and to work on strengthening your body and mind across the board.

Our sessions run for roughly 55 to 60 minutes, but if you need a few extra minutes to finish, we’re not going to kick you out, so take your time.

At Revive PT Eltham we have a few different options for you to choose from.

Below are a list of options. ALL packages have $0 set-up fee, $0 cancellation fees (only 2 weeks notice after minimum commitment period to cancel).

As a new member to Revive PT, you are eligible to take advantage of one (1) of our promotional offers.

FIT MUMS

This class is a popular one! Monday to Friday at 9:30am-10:30am, you will get access to 5 sessions per week, run by qualified coaches who want to see you succeed just as much as you do, if not more! Our Fit Mums memberships also give you full access to the entire timetable.

This class also completes the same programming as ALL other class times.

With limited times available, 1:1 is still an option for the fitness enthusiast, or just someone looking to get into a good routine, and requires a more 1:1 approach. With multiple trainers available, you'll be sure to find the perfect match to match your goals and preferred training style.
