Staying healthy over the holidays can be easy, if you put in a little bit of time and effort to stay on track to your health and fitness goals.
Ingredients:
1 kg (3-4) skinless chicken breast
½ cup cider vinegar
½ cup water
3 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground Cumin
1 tsp chili Powder
Method:
Cut the chicken breast into strips.
Place the chicken in a large glass container (or BPA free plastic container), and add the vinegar, water, and cayenne pepper. Allow the chicken to marinade for 15-30 mins.
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Arrange the chicken pieces on a large baking sheet. Coat the chicken strips. Flip the pieces over, and sprinkle the other side with the remaining spice mix.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until done.
