Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
1 scoop vanilla protein
4 lemon juice cubes (frozen)
1/4 cup almond milk
Topping:
sunflower seeds
bee pollen
cacao nibs
Method:
1. Place frozen bananas, lemon juice cubes and almond milk into a blender or Thermomix and blend until smooth.
2. Add in the protein and blend again. Consistency should be like a whipped cream and should stick to a spoon upside down.
3. Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite nuts, seeds and other ingredients.
