KIDS YOGA @ REVIVE

Kids yoga is all about having fun!


In our kids yoga classes, kids will connect!  We use our imaginations to take yoga journeys, visiting beautiful & magical places, posing as the things we see and do along the way.  We’ll play co-operative games; have heaps of fun doing partner & group poses; we’ll sing & dance; play with our breath; and at the end of every class, we ALWAYS enjoy some quite time & relax.

What to bring  to class?

  • Comfy clothes the kids can easily move in

  • A water bottle

 
It’s also a good idea to ensure your kids have visited the bathroom just before class.  And it's also a good idea that kids haven't just eaten...we move around a lot!  This will help ensure they get the most out of the class.


When: We will kick off by offering 2 classes per week.

Class 1: Starting Monday July 16th 2018 @ 11:00am-12:00pm, and will run for all 10 weeks of Term 3.

Class 2: Starting Saturday July 21st 2018 @ 10:30am-11:30am, and will run for all 10 weeks of Term 3, including the first Saturday of School Holidays.

Where: Revive PT Eltham, 2/9 Peel Street, Eltham.

There is toilet facilities, water, plus a toy room for any younger children also coming in. Tea and coffee facilities on site too. 

Ample car parking at 9 Peel Street, and also along Peel Street. 

Class Details:

Each class will run for between 45 and 60 mins

The 10 week term is $125 for 10 classes

SUITED FOR AGES 3-6 years old

The Instructor: Jo Scriba will be taking the each class. Jo is a qualified Children's Yoga Teacher and has 3 young children of her own. Jo has seen the positive impact it can and does have on children, helping them take some time out of living such a fast paced life to enjoy something where they can reconnect with their mind and body.
