WELCOME TO THE REVIVE PT MOBILITY, TRAINING & NUTRITION SEMINAR!
Throughout this session, we will be covering a series of different areas of health & wellness that are all going to help support your current routine to achieve even better physical health.
Our lovely co-facilitator Jasmine will be taking you through a 40 minute session, working on opening the major joints safely and gently. She will also combine active, passive and P & F stretching to increase your body’s overall range of movement, helping to reduce pain and increase mobility. This will all assist with increasing performance and progression with your training and every day life.
After this, Liam will be taking you through some deep breathing techniques to help you reach a very relaxed and connected state, by taking the time to breathe. This is following a very popular Wim Hof breathing methodology.
This will also be followed by an optional ice bath ;)
We will then be going through some of the basics of certain lifts including the squat, deadlift and bench press. We will cover proper technique, lifting guidelines, modifications to suit ability, injury avoidance, individuality and anything else we may come across, so bring your questions and the will to learn!
Following this we will be covering all things nutrition, targeting fat loss and muscle gain/strength gain.
With over 30 years of combined experience in the fitness and health industry, you will have the ability to access our knowledge and enjoy some great tips and tricks you can use in every day life.
